Thomas and Elizabeth West moved from North Carolina to London to plant Redeemer Church in Queens Park located in Northwest London. They are there with their two kids, Perry and Shepherd, and Thomas serves as the lead pastor of the church. They are partners with Cross Church as part of the Decade of Love.
Redeemer exists to connect Jesus to people, people to community, and community to mission. We accomplish this task by engaging the local community where they are, and bringing them the good news of the gospel. Queen’s Park is an upper-middle class area in London, but Redeemer is very diverse in socio-economic status and race. There are at least 10 different nationalities represented in Redeemer’s members.
Redeemer has a two year vision of deep roots, strong trellis, and wide fruits.
