- 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday
- 5:45-7:30 p.m.
Roles
Elementary Small Group Leader
Cross Kids Children’s Ministry has classes for grades K-5. Small Group Leaders are in a teaching role, and have a great opportunity to show the kids the love of God! For those who feel more comfortable assisting a leader, we have the option to be a small group helper.
Large Group Host
The host is a scripted piece. He or she is responsible for introducing the large group service and sometimes incorporates small games to get the kids excited!
Large Group Bible Story Teacher
If you have a passion for teaching, we would love for you to occasionally teach the Bible Story during the large group time on Sunday mornings!
Drama Team
If you enjoy acting and being in the spotlight, this is the perfect spot for you!
MVP Technician
Help make Kids Church happen by running the music, video, and production on Sunday mornings.
Backstage Team
We want to keep our kid’s church service running smoothly, and we need your help! We have the need for both stage manager and stage hands to help behind the scenes with our skit.
First Impressions Team
This is the first thing our members and guests see as they enter the church doors! We want to make them feel welcome, whether that’s by helping with check-in, holding doors, greeting, or welcoming guests. This is a fun opportunity and is important to make families feel at home!
Admin Volunteer
The Children’s Ministry could always use your help with behind the scenes tasks throughout the week! This may include office work or preparing our teacher boxes for Sunday morning small groups.
Ability Volunteer
The Ability Ministry is designed for our Cross Kids with special needs. Our goal is to love these children in the best way possible while helping them learn and grow in their faith! For more information, visit the Ability Ministry page under the children’s tab.
AWANA helper
We are in need of individuals to serve as our AWANA handbook helper. Every week, we have a set time for children to recite Bible verses and receive AWANA bucks. AWANA helpers simply listen as the children say their verses, helping and encouraging them as they grow in their knowledge of God’s Word. In addition, there is an opportunity to be a large group Bible story teacher. In this roll, you will share the Bible Story of the week during our large group time.
