We at Cross Church desire for you to live a life that glorifies God. Counseling requires a collaborative relationship, and a willingness to work. Prayerfully, Christ-centered therapy will lead to freedom and health in your life. Therapy often leads to better relationships, solutions to problems, and a reduction of distressing feelings.

Our goal is to help you think about your struggles in a biblical way. We adhere to the inerrancy, sufficiency and authority of Scripture, and our position is that it contains all we need for life, conduct, and relationships. We are committed to the belief that true and lasting change only comes through the power of God and his grace, and the help of the Holy Spirit. We at Cross Church seek to be guided by biblical principles in all we do, and we counsel using those principles and spiritual interventions.

Cross Church is offering counseling through Julie Crawford, who is currently working on her M.A. in Counseling from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is conducting her internship at Cross Church under the supervision of a licensed counselor. She currently only works with adults (18 and over) and couples. Cross Church members and regular attenders will be given preference.

For more information or to inquire about scheduling an appointment, please contact Julie Crawford at (479) 310-0310 or juliec@crosschurch.com.

Payment

The church does not accept insurance, but is offering counseling at low or no cost. What that means is that you pay what you can for each session. We at Cross Church do not want cost to be a preventative factor, so if someone cannot afford to pay anything, counseling services would be at no cost. This, however, must be arranged in advance with the counselor upon setting up the initial appointment. Otherwise, some amount of payment is expected and appreciated, and you will be prompted to submit payment when you confirm each appointment.
